Works great with smash just plug it in and you can start using your ngc controller. No noticeable input lag. Also Dolphin detects it as soon you plug the adapter to your computer by Erick Hjar
Works great on the Wii U no problems. Works with official GC controllers and after market ones. The PC mode works as well but the mapping could be better by David
